Worthington Christian Church Food Shelf
Clients are asked to complete “The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP) Eligibility Form” required by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). By doing this, clients are stating that they are eligible to receive TEFAP commodity food because they are a Minnesota resident and they receive certain assistance programs or their income is 300% or less of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. Additional Details: Specialty Foods: o Personal Hygiene Hours: Tuesday 3-6pm; Thursday 1-5pm & Friday 1-3pm
This food shelf provides free groceries and food support to individuals and families in the community. Services are offered at designated pick-up locations and may include scheduled distributions, basic intake requirements, and referrals to additional resources based on availability and need.
